Extended Rental Rates- for rentals 21 nights or more, temporary housing.

**Direct book, No Airbnb service fees!**

Month to Month, booked directly through Suite on Sanford. Private, beautifully furnished rental. Includes linens, free adjacent street parking, Wi-Fi, all utilities, air purifier, in-unit washer/dryer, cooking appliances, dishes and utensils.

All non US residents must be booked through Airbnb, regardless of rental length.

Direct booking- Spring/Summer month to month rates:

For one occupant, $2,860 monthly, includes Cleaning Fee, twice a month

For two occupants, sharing King-sized bed, $3,260 monthly

+ $1,000 Security Deposit (one time, refundable payment)

Includes applicable taxes.

Payment accepted- Zelle, (no processing fee) or Paypal, (+3.75 % processing fee)

Security Deposit required as part of rental reservation. Refunded if apartment condition is same as initial move-in.

Minimum of 3 day lead time for bookings required. No same day or next day leasing available.

Must provide government issued photo identification.

No overnight occupant other than tenant(s) on lease agreement or rental lease will be cancelled.

No visitors. No animals or pets, (due to allergies), no events, parties or gatherings, no open flames, smoking, vaping or

ecigarettes. Observation of quiet hours, from 10 PM until 9 AM. Rental agreement will be cancelled if any terms are violated.

***International travelers, bookings must be reserved and paid through Airbnb regardless of rental length.***

Services - Optional except for basic cleaning & deep cleaning

*Cleaning...included, occurs every 2 weeks, involves emptying trash & recycling bins, washing bed/bath linens,

bathroom refresh, dusting, floor cleaning/vacuuming.

* Deep cleaning...$100 additional fee, once every 3 months, includes carpet and rug shampooing, cleaning appliances, mattress cover and blanket washing, in addition to every two week cleaning above.

*Pre-stocking refrigerator prior to check in.....$35 + cost of groceries up to $100.

Groceries costing over $100 or shopping at 2 or more stores per request.....40% service fee + cost of groceries.

*Distilled water service-delivery......3 gallons/per week, $10.

*Mailbox Receipt/Package Delivery & Notifications Services.....$38/ per month

*Print copies......$1 a page, Scanning/sending to email...... $5 per page

*Professional hemming- pants, skirts or dresses.....$20 to $25 per layer of fabric/per item.
